CALA BLANCA
Ibiza's unofficial 'second' nude bathing beach, though not everyone here frolics in the buff. It is reached via a short but very steep lane off the San Carlos (Sant Carles) to Cala San Vicente road. There are two small sandy beaches either side of a rustic café bar, which is built partly on stilts and juts out almost to the water's edge. Though there is only the one café bar, the prices of snacks and drinks here are quite reasonable. The surroundings are very picturesque with steep cliffs, rocky crags and outcrops. The seabed here, away from the immediate shore, is very rocky and thus the water is often choppy, hence the name Agua Blanca – white water. There are no parasols available, so take your own cover-ups. The beach gets very busy at weekends when many locals go
