ES CANA

A complete mini resort, Es Cana was one of Ibiza's first holiday urbanisations. The long, crescent shaped beach has fine sand and clean, clear waters over gently sloping sand, ideal for paddling children and water games. Shady trees back the beach. Lovely cross country or beach walks to Cala Nova and Cala Llena. Reached by bus, car and ferry. Tends to get busy on Wednesdays - hippy market day at nearby Punta Arabi. There are numerous bars and restaurants, and a couple of discos in the resort. It can get lively at nights in high season, but it is certainly not San Antonio !
