SALINAS BEACH - Ibiza Beaches

Las Salinas (the salt flats) is known also as Playa de Mitjorn. Getting there, the drive takes you past an interesting landscape of salt beds where little wagons heap salt into glistening hillocks. The very long, wide crescent of sandy beach is bordered by pines. Waters are crystal clear with super breakers for wind-surfing. Good for adventure walks as the surrounding terrain is Ibiza's Wildlife Conservation Area. Bus or car on a good road.
