PHONE SERVICES

All phone calls are at the cheapest possible rate, whether Local, National or International.
You can call any Fixed line, or Mobile, anywhere in the world. Our rates for all International calls are priced by the second, not by the minute, so if you connect to an answerphone, you will only be charged a few cents if you hang up quickly; not like nearly all the other phones, which have a minimum charge of one minute, or more. Here are a few examples of our current rates:

UK fixed line - 20 cents per minute
Ireland fixed - 20 cents per minute
USA fixed or mobile 20 cents per minute
Australia fixed - 20 cents per minute
Most other European destinations - 20 cents per minute

We have an on-line recharge facility for most European mobile phones, as well as all Spanish mobile phones. If you prefer, and for those few hours when we are closed, you can purchase a Phone Card, for use in the street cabins. These cards are probably the most economical cards you can get.

For those of you who cannot rest completely while out here in Ibiza, we offer a very cheap Fax service; for both sending and receiving faxes.

IMPORTANT ADVICE
USING YOUR UK MOBILE IN SPAIN.
If you bring your UK mobile phone on holiday with you, we strongly recommend that you note the following:

UK mobiles, when used in Spain on 'roaming', are EXPENSIVE. They are also EXPENSIVE to make calls to the UK, whether to a mobile or a fixed line - usually about 70 pence per minute! To make the most of their use, what you should do is, when you receive a call on your mobile, take note of the number and come in to one of our six Phone Box shops to ring back the person calling you. If not, YOU will pay the cost of the call from the UK to Spain and the person calling you will only pay for the UK part of the call. As we charge from just 20 cents per minute, you will save a LOT of money. If you wish to make local calls, or calls to Spanish mobiles, the cost is nowhere near as expensive, so use your mobile for those calls, unless they are going to be long calls, when, again, you should use our Phone Box shops.

BUYING CREDIT FOR YOUR UK MOBILE
Don't be fooled by your phone when you see that you are on the 'MOVISTAR' network - you cannot use a Movistar credit as you are on 'roaming'. You MUST purchase credit for your UK-based phone. We sell credit for most UK and European mobiles. Don't forget to bring your swipe-card, if you have one (e.g. Orange), as they are necessary to buy credit for your phone.
